It shouldn't be a compatibility error because windows 7 is listed as supported in the zip files that I found for similar makes of the usb dongle device, CSR 4.0 Bluetooth Windows updates, internet downloads and scanning my pc could not find any drivers to show up. When I installed them on my Windows 7 machine the drivers are missing. I downloaded a few zip files for Harmony drivers that looked to be similar if not exactly the same device.
NewEgg referred me to the client selling it, a company (or person?) called "Cailine Legend" who have not replied yet. I bought this dongle from NewEgg and it came with no cd with drivers nor were they sitting on the device somewhere either.
